Pharmacometabolomics via real-time breath analysis captures metabotypes of asthmatic children associated with salbutamol responsiveness

This dataset contains the MS Raw files of breath measurements of patients from the study of "Pharmacometabolomics via real-time breath analysis captures metabotypes of asthmatic children associated with response to inhaled salbutamol". The data was collected used SESI-HRMS, and then it can be preprocessed with customized Matlab code and postprocessed with other statistical method and softwares like R and Matlab. DataS1 contains sample information, lung function test results, and FeNO test results.
