Imaging-derived and fat distribution traits

Summary statistics of imaging-derived traits conducted on bothsex. These measures are derived from the raw imaging data,provided by UK Biobank. The data include: subcutaneous and visceral adipose tissue volumes (data fields 21085-6), volume and fat content of liver (data field 21080, 21088), volume and fat of pancreas (data fields 21087 and 21090), and waist-hip ratio (data field 48/data field 49). Covariates used: age, sex, PC1:PC10, batch.
