Transcriptome analysis of Andrias davidianus under different light conditions

RNA-seq data from skin of Chinese giant salamander (Andrias davidianus) under three light treatments: high light (24 h, 220 Lux), control natural light (12 h light/12 h dark), and complete darkness (24 h, 0 Lux). Juveniles were treated for 12 days, and skin samples were collected on day 12 (12 libraries total).
