Impact of personalised care and continuity of carer on disparities in maternity outcomes

This study measures how different maternity care plans and provision of care by the same midwife or team have reduced differences in pregnancy results among underprivileged populations in the West Midlands. It investigates other factors that might explain the differences in outcomes among women from similar backgrounds who received comparable maternity care.
