A dataset of spatial distribution of tourism resources in the Yellow River Basin in 2022

Based on the natural watershed, taking the administrative boundary of the county (district) region as the unit, taking the tourism resource directory data of each county (district) as the basis, and referring to the national tourism resources classification standards, the spatial distribution information of tourism resources in the whole basin was extracted by type and hierarchy by using basic geographic information data such as high-resolution satellite imagery and vector electronic map in the Yellow Area in 2022.The thematic data of grade A tourism resources in the entire Yellow River basin encompasses 800,000 km2 and includes two primary categories and ten secondary categories of natural and cultural landscapes across nine provinces. This spatial distribution dataset of tourism resources in the Yellow River Basin serves as a scientific basis for decision-making regarding the planning, development, utilization, and preservation of cultural tourism within the basin.
