Data from: A classification framework for identifying bronchitis and pneumonia in children based on a small-scale cough sounds dataset

The RAW dataset includes MP3 files on cough sounds collected in the West China Second University Hospital, Sichuan University, Chengdu, China. Data are obtained from 173 children patients aged 0-11 years with bronchitis and pneumonia. There is only one recording of MP3 files for each patient in the dataset. There are 82 MP3 files on cough sounds of a patient with pneumonia named "P", while 91 MP3 file on cough sounds with bronchitis is named "B". The recorder remained on throughout the visits. Family members often accompany children. So the whole recording process may include human speeches, periodic tones from medical equipment, and various other sounds from interactions between parents and their children.本原始数据集包含采集自中国四川省成都市四川大学华西第二医院的咳嗽音频MP3文件。数据源自173名年龄介于0至11岁的支气管炎与肺炎患儿。本数据集内每位患者仅对应一条MP3录音。其中，命名为“P”的肺炎患者咳嗽音频MP3文件共82条，命名为“B”的支气管炎患者咳嗽音频MP3文件共91条。就诊全程录音设备持续开启，且常有家属陪同患儿，因此完整录音过程中可能包含人声讲话、医疗设备发出的周期性声响，以及家长与患儿互动产生的各类其他声音。
