Antibiotics in frogs from Hunan province, central south of China: Occurrence, distribution, and health risk assessment

These data are based on the analysis of 16 antibiotic residues in 207 frog muscle samples collected from Hunan Province during the three years 2020-2022. Figure 1 isthe concentrations (A), detection rates and excess rates (B)of enrofloxacin and ciprofloxacin in bullfrog and rana nigromaculata. Figure 2 isthe Normalized Residue-Based PLS-DA for Habitat Environment Effects on Bioaccumulation, which for explore the impact of habitat environment on bioaccumulation. Figure 3 is the concentrations of enrofloxacin and ciprofloxacin in bullfrogs during production and circulation. Figure 4 is the concentration of antibiotics in frogs in different area. Figure 5 is the dietary risk assessment for crab consumption in three years, the calculated EDI (estimated daily intake) was expressed as the percentage of ADI (acceptable daily intake).
