SAFA showed stronger binding with HSV-1 RNA than with human RNA For RNA immunoprecipitation sequencing (RIP-Seq), six 10-cm2 dishes (1×107 cells/dish) of HEK293 cells were infected with HSV-1 for 8 hours and the total RNAs were immunoprecipited by anti-SAFA antibody,then co-precipitated RNAs were isolated according to manufacturer’s instructions and sequenced on Illumina .
