T-cell epitopes of Fel d 1 allergen and their predictions using IEDB and ProPred methods.

As the default sequence length for the IEDB T-cell epitope prediction method is 15, we extended the input sequence when its length was shorter than 15 residues. "O" indicates that the method successfully identified the peptide as an epitope for a given allele, while "X" denotes a failure in prediction. Neither of the prediction methods included HLA-DRB1*14:01 in their allele sets and thus no prediction was possible for the specific peptide (ENALSLLDKIYTS).
