We co-cultured endophytic fungus (CHS3) with the Bupleurum scorzonerifolium Willd. suspension cells (BSS cells). Then the Illumina HiSeq 2500 was performed to detect the transcriptome of the BSS cells before and after co-culture. Trinity was used with min_kmer_cov set to 2 by default and all other parameters set to defaults to mix and concatenate the valid data of the samples. Poly-N and low-quality reads were removed to get clean data Unigene.
