The boy stands tall at center with his left arm straight at his side and his right arm bent towards his forehead in salute. He wears a dark hat with feathers on top and a patterned trim which also decorates his lightly-colored jacket. The neck strap of his had crosses over his chin just below his bright smile. His shiny, lightly-colored, pressed pants extend down to his scuffed, lightly-colored shoes. Photoprint reads "Russell Lindersmith, who will compete in dance contest of the Festival of Allied Arts".
