This article provides a comprehensive analysis of the multifaceted impact of mobile phones on the lives, socialization, and educational processes of young people, based on scientific and theoretical sources. In the context of digital transformation, smartphones have become an essential tool for accessing information, supporting distance education, promoting independent learning, and developing digital competencies. However, excessive use may also lead to decreased attention span, reduced academic performance, internet addiction, psychological stress, and social isolation. Based on research findings, the article proposes strategies for the rational and moderate use of mobile phones.
