MARSseq of the artificial IFN-I receptor VS HeLa treated with IFN-beta

MARSseq experiment demonstrated that engaging the artificial AIR receptor system induced very similar transcriptional changes and upregulation of interferon response genes compared to treatment with native IFN-ß, validating the ability of AIR to mimic the natural IFN-I receptor functionally. Overall design: MARSseq experiment was conducted to compare the gene expression profiles induced by IFN-ß treatment versus treatment with the artificial IFN-I receptor in HeLa cells.
