The model introduces a probabilistic stress-energy tensor that captures gravitational effects from uncollapsed quantum states. By modifying growth equations and incorporating decoherence evolution, we compute the matter power spectrum P(k)P(k)P(k) and compare it with SDSS, DESI, and Euclid observations. The framework remains semi-classical, using no new particles or fields, and reuses parameters already constrained from SPARC and CMB analyses. This represents the third empirical test of the Gravity of Probability theory and continues its falsifiable trajectory.<br><br>This paper is written <b>without invoking extra fields, strings, higher dimensions, quantum foam, new particles, synthetic constructs, ad hoc modifications, or loop variables</b>. The entire hypothesis is derived from a <b>semi-classical, minimalist framework grounded in known physics</b>, remaining strictly loyal to the original mathematical formulation of the theory.This represents the third empirical test of the <i>Gravity of Probability</i> model and continues its falsifiable trajectory.
