InterProScan domain annotation on non-PKZILLA polypeptides

This is a .zip archive of the git repository and Nextflow workflow used for annotation of the non-PKZILLA protein domains (rest of proteome) using InterProScan. In brief, all possible InterProScan searches were performed via the latest InterProScan Docker container, with post-processing to remove certain redundant and overlapping PKS domain annotations. For further details, see archived files and code, and manuscript Materials and Methods. The Nextflow ./work directory is not included to reduce complexity.
