Updated weekly.This dataset is formerly known as the RDS dataset, which was first published in 2000 and then periodically updated through February 2026. Beginning in June 2026, RCL is provided as a next-generation E911 road centerlines layer with a schema that is based on the <a target='_blank' href='https://cdn.ymaws.com/www.nena.org/resource/resmgr/standards/standards1/NENA-STA-006.3_NG9-1-1_GIS_D.pdf' rel='nofollow ugc noopener noreferrer'>National Emergency Number Association (NENA) Standard for NG9-1-1 GIS Data Model</a>; some fields are extraneous to the NENA standard.In the spirit of simplifying the dataset for the most-common use cases, RCL--when served as an ArcGIS Online feature layer, contains a subset of the dataset's fields.
