Eucalyptus GxN (grandis x nitens) is a high rainfall hybrid requiring MAPs > 850 mm, below which it becomes too dry. Its optimum MATs are 14 - 18 degree Celsius , with this hybrid becoming disease prone at MAT > 18 degree Celsius (Kunz, 2004).
