Data for: A Systematic Literature Review of Supply Chain Decision Making supported by the Internet of Things and Big Data Analytics

Data extraction forms for the IoT, BDA, and SCM research disciplines, plus a fourth category to gain insight into the supply chain performances enabled by the IoT’s analytical capabilities within SCM and logistics operations. The filled-in data extraction forms for all four categories are also added to the main manuscript (see appendix C up to and including appendix F).
