Microorganisms detected in microbiological samples from presumed site of infection compared to PCR.

Recovery rate shows number of microorganisms of the microbiological samples from presumed site of infection within 3 days before and after the PCR sampling also detected by the PCR. Same pathogens found in different samples of the same patient are only counted once. The overall recovery rate is 7.9%.
