Mid-infrared entanglement in 220 nm silicon dataset

This is the data for the Optics Letters paper: "Mid-infrared entanglement in 220 nm silicon." Manuscript ID: 572784 The data is split into three folders for the three results of the paper. The stimulated emmission tomography (SET) measurement is in the folder "SET", the spontaneous four wave mixing (SFWM) data is in the folder "SFWM", and finally the Clauser Horne Shimony Holt (CHSH) violation data is in the folder "CHSH". All data has metadata and headers with column labels. The SET data is provided for three lengths of source, each pumped in TE0 and TE1. These 6 spectral datasets are clearly separated into different folders. The SFWM histogram data for different pump powers is all provided in the SFWM folder. The CHSH data is split into two. The folder "Fringes" contains the coincidence fringes obtained at different phase setpoints of the Rz phase shifter. Each fringe folder has folders corresponding to the different points on the fringe. Each point on the fringe has several subfolders all contributing to that point, as the measurement was split up and shuffled to account for coupling drift. The folder CHSH/Tomography contains the tomography data. Again each point has several subfolders corresponding to the time shuffled measurements.
