Wild-type and two different Parp3-/- clones of C2C12 cells were induced to differentiate for 72h. Microarray was performed to compare the transcriptomic profile of the two Parp3-deficient clones versus the wild-type control at T72h post-differentiation. The wild-type C2C12 and the two Parp3-/- C2C12 cell lines were induced to differentiate for 72h. Total RNA was extracted at T72h post-differentiation and processed for microarray. Three biological replicates (= 3 differentiations) were performed.
