Deep dive to the immune response against murine mesothelioma delineates a roadmap for preclinical investigations to advance anti-mesothelioma immune therapeutics

RNA sequencing data from syngeneic peritoneal tumors induced by the AB12 biphasic murine mesothelioma cell line were generated to determine molecular and immune changes during the kinetics of tumor growth. Overall design: At least 3 tumor samples of early-, intermediate- and advanced- phase AB12 tumors with or without anti-CTLA4 treatment were analyzed by RNA sequencing in order to assess tumor transcriptomic changes as well as immune infiltration evolution.
