Simulation output data and model parameters for an agent-based model (ABM) of viral entry, as described in the accompanying paper. Includes glycocalyx density profiles, heparan sulfate occupancy data, and simulation parameter files for four viruses: SARS-CoV-2, SARS-CoV-1, HIV-1, and Influenza A (IAV). Also includes a Python script used to convert raw simulation output to the deposited CSV format.
