Assessment of miRNA expression levels in an HCM mouse model containing R719W mutation in Myh6 gene

We compared the expression levels of miRNAs in left ventricular heart tissue from HCM vs WT mice, using gene expression profiling data obtained from RNA-seq. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for Cyclosporin(CsA)-treated WT (n=3) and HCM mutant mice (n=3).
