Brainnetome brain atlas for preadolescent children

The dataset used in this work was from a longitudinal multisite project, the adolescent brain cognitive development (ABCD) study. Brain partitioning was performed using data from 60 participants (30 males) who are physically healthy, right-handed, and with good-quality scanned images. The ABCD baseline group data are used for partitioning and the follow-up group data are used for validation and comparison. The partitioning process is described in the article ATPP: Automatic Tractography-based Parcellation Pipeline article.With 188 cortical and 36 subcortical subregions, this release is a more accurate and validated brain atlas for late childhood/pre-adolescence studies. The atlas includes a voxel version and a surface version. Among them, the volume atlas (CHILD_ATLAS_224.nii.gz, containing cortical regions and subcortical regions) has a spatial resolution of 2mm, while the surface version (child_164k_L.label.gii and child_164k_R.label.gii， only containing cortical regions) has a spatial resolution of 164k. In addition, we also provided a T1w structure item template for alignment reference. Users can upsample/downsample as needed to get the proper version of the atlas for their data.
