Engineered E. coli swarming for binary and analog input recording — endpoint image datasets

Raw 24-hour endpoint colony image datasets supporting the study “Engineered E. coli swarming for binary and analog input recording”. This record includes endpoint images from IPTG-inducible pLac strains and optogenetic pDawn strains, along with appendix image datasets. These data were used for colony feature extraction, statistical analyses, and deep learning classification. Colonies were grown in standard Petri dishes (100-mm diameter), providing a reference scale for colony size. See README.txt for detailed dataset organization and naming conventions.
