资源简介:
This project contains raw transcriptomic sequencing data generated from a study comparing the gene expression profiles of two groups of 4T1 cells: the empty vector control group (MOCK) and the OSBPL2 knockdown group (sh-OSBPL2). Briefly, total RNA was extracted from each group (including biological replicates), and strand-specific cDNA libraries were constructed. High-throughput sequencing was performed using the Illumina Novaseq 6000 platform in the paired-end (PE150) sequencing mode to obtain raw sequencing reads. The main goal of this transcriptomic analysis was to identify differentially expressed genes (DEGs) between the MOCK group and the sh-OSBPL2 group, and to further explore enriched biological processes and signaling pathways through bioinformatics tools such as Gene Ontology (GO) annotation and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) pathway enrichment analysis. These raw transcriptomic data provide a foundational resource for investigating the molecular mechanisms by which OSBPL2 regulates the biological behavior of triple-negative breast cancer cells, and can be used for subsequent studies on triple-negative breast cancer-related signaling pathways or the discovery of therapeutic targets.
