Varying degrees of spatio-temporal partitioning between large carnivores in a fenced reserve, South Africa

This spreadsheet includes the raw data
from the camera traps on Madikwe Game Reserve that captured spotted hyaenas,
lions and leopards. This is the output from camera trap processing software
CameraBase (Version 1.7). The raw data represents all photographic captures
before being condensed into seperate capture events.

Columns
include:

Survey
Name -
the name of the survey (Madike Survey for all camera traps)

Common
- common name of the animal identified in the photograph

Date -
date of capture as indicated by the photograph

Time
-
time of capture as indicated by the photograph

DayNight
- whether the capture was taken during the day or at night as determined by the
camera trap depending on ambient light

Sex
-
sex of the animal identified (male or female) if known, if no sex could be
identified the entry was marked as 'unknown'

Individuals
- number of sepereate individuals identified on the photograph

StationID
-
the ID number of the camera trap station

CamNumber
- the number of the camera trap where HS indicated an unbaited camera trap and
LS represents a baited camera trap

the name of the image as saved to the hard drive, corresponding to the data
