To determine how VAV1 drives drug resistance to BRAFi, we overexpressed VAV1 in A375 and compared these cells to A375 overexpressing RAC1P29S. We also determined the impact of SRCi on the transcriptional program elicited by VAV1. Overexpression of VAV1 or RAC1P29S in A375 melanoma cell line. Treatment of A375 overexpressing VAV1 with SRC inhibition. Biological triplicates were generated for each condition
