Fold-change between SubB and SubA is indicated for the four diets as follow: darker green indicates FC < 1 with P ≤ 0.05, lighter green indicates FC < 1 with 0.05 < P < 0.1, darker read indicates FC ≥ 1 with P ≤ 0.05, and lighter red indicates FC ≥ 1 with 0.05 < P < 0.1. The last two columns show metabolite significance (MS) which reports the association of each metabolite with each phenotype and the corresponding P-value (p.MS).
