Gene expression profile of extraocular muscles in the primary inferior oblique overaction

To identify the differences in gene expression of primary inferior oblique overaction,the transcriptome sequencing for extraocular muscles (EOMs) was conducted in this study. Overall design: The gene expression profile was studied by transcriptome sequencing in ten EOMs of primary inferior oblique overaction and ten EOMs of secondary inferior oblique overaction. Differentially expressed genes (DEGs) were filtered by methods of bioinformatics.
