Arctic ERA5 vertically integrated water vapor transport (vIVT) Atmospheric River (AR) catalog (based on the method of Wille et al., 2021, [10.1029/2020JD033788]), covering the period from 1940 to 2023, from 15°N to 85°N, at a 6-hourly temporal resolution and the native spatial resolution of the deterministic member of ERA5 (0.25° in both latitude and longitude).
Each file corresponds to a given calendar year and contains the dimensions (time, lat, lon) with the variable ar_binary_tag, which marks ARs with 1s and the background with 0s.
