Factor Analytic Linear Mixed models that have been fitted using multi-environment trial data from a subset of 300 trial environments per Australian State (NSW, QLD, SA, VIC, and WA) from the wheat National Variety Trial Series (NVT). Models were fitted with additive and non-additive genetic effects with ka=3 and ke=2 factors. Models were fitted using AS-REML software to solve the mixed model equation and estimate parameters for genetic, environmental and peripheral effects.\nLineage: Models were fitted using data accessed for the NVT as part of a Resource Sharing Agreement with the GRDC.
