A Multi-Tissue eQTL Atlas Across Development and Genetic Backgrounds in Wheat

To construct a comprehensive map of this regulatory landscape in bread wheat (Triticum aestivum, genome BBAADD), we identified eQTLs from four independent panels, each capturing a distinct tissue and developmental stage (Fig. 1A-B): ground tissue of 2-week-old seedlings (He et al., 2022), leaves at the three-leaf stage (Mei et al., 2022), the second or third seedling leaf (Barratt et al., 2023), and roots at 14 days after germination (Zhao et al., 2024).
