Immunohistochemical expression of EGFR, CD56 and P53 protein as predictors of thyroid cancer aggressiveness(metastasis and invasion) among Sudanese patients

This is cross sectional hospital base study.aim to detect immunohisochemistry markers p53,EGFR and CD56 protein expression on thyroid carcinoma sub-types and their relationship to invasive and lymph node metastasis.102 cases of thyroid carcinoma 43 case from follicular carcinoma,43 from papillary carcinoma,five follicular variant papillary carcinoma,seven medullary,and four anaplastic ca cases.the markers applied on tissue micro-array slides 40 core in each slide of 3mm in diameter in size.Ministry of Health of Khartoum state.approved the study.<br>
