This dataset contains optical fiber specklegram images acquired from a step-index multimode fiber (MMF) under controlled, simultaneous force perturbations at three spatially separated sensing positions. It is designed to support the development and benchmarking of data-driven models for multi-position force estimation from specklegram. The dataset comprises 11,000 grayscale images organized into 550 records across five independent acquisition sessions (Sets A-E). The images are provided in PNG format at 256 × 256 pixels. Corresponding metadata and ground-truth labels are provided in labels.csv, including the image filename, acquisition set, record index, frame index, elapsed time, and the three force values (force_p1_N, force_p2_N, force_p3_N). The dataset was acquired using a 633 nm HeNe laser, a 2 m step-index MMF with 50 µm core / 125 µm cladding, free-space optical coupling, and CCD-camera-based specklegram imaging. This resource is relevant to research in optical fiber sensing, multi-output regression, robotic tactile sensing, structural health monitoring, and wearable or soft sensing systems.
