Agentic Presence — study data, arbiter implementation, and analysis package

Session logs (18 session starts, 13 complete participants), long-format questionnaire responses, anomaly-set and questionnaire definitions, the Unity arbiter implementation with its frozen configuration, analysis scripts reproducing all statistics and figures, and the masked annotation packet, for the article "Agentic Presence: A Presence-Aware Initiative Arbitration Architecture for Proactive Embodied Agents in Extended Reality" (submitted to Electronics). Every session log embeds the frozen arbitration constants verbatim; arbiter logs record all model inputs, expected utilities, overrides, and counterfactual decisions at 10 Hz. Data are pseudonymous (participant codes only). See README.md for the schema.
