Dataset of Respiration Rate measurement under dark and light condition and model criteria selection of Cassiopea andromeda polyps at different temperatures.
收藏资源简介:
This repository contains the data used for the study "Global warming and the spread of the introduced jellyfish Cassiopea andromeda: thermal niche and habitat suitability in the Mediterranean Sea". Pubished in the journal Global Change Biology. The dataset is composed by the experimental measurements of the thermal performance of Cassiopea andromeda polyps. Data were obtained through respirometry experiments across a range of controlled temperatures in both dark (respiration rate, RR) and light (net primary production, NPP; gross primary production, GPP) conditions. The dataset includes sample-level metadata, raw time-series outputs of the respirometry experiments, and model outputs derived from non-linear least-squares thermal performance curve (TPC) fitting using the rTPC pipeline (Padfield & O'Sullivan, 2021). Model selection results are provided for RR and GPP, including parameters, AIC values, and the five top-performing models.
