This study aimed to investigate PAR homeostasis in Hepatocellular Carcinoma across two different layers. The first layer aims to broaden the knowledge of two commonly unregulated hydrolases (ARH3, PARG), and the second layer seeks to answer the consequences of a heavily disrupted PAR equilibrium.The dataset includes:Spreadsheets recording all raw and analysed results, including proliferation, NAD level measurement, trypan blue cell count, flow cytometry analysis, statistics analysis, and in vivo results.Microscopic images and in vivo model image (liver and tumor)Processed figures of the key finding in the study
