Transcriptomic studies on endometrial cancer and adjacent tissues

Endometrial Cancer (EC) is one of the common malignant tumors in the female reproductive system, and its incidence is on the rise globally. Intertumoral cancer differences (such as molecular subtypes, tumor microenvironment, genetic background, etc.) significantly affect the prognosis of patients, and transcriptomic studies, by analyzing the dynamic changes in gene expression profiles, provide a key tool for revealing the molecular mechanisms of these differences.
