Hologenomic structure of bacterial and fungal communities in the West Nile virus vector Culex tarsalis

This dataset contains metadata, microbiome community data, population genetic data, and analysis scripts used to investigate the hologenomic structure of bacterial and fungal communities in the West Nile virus vector Culex tarsalis across the western United States. The archive includes population and sample level metadata, Bray Curtis dissimilarity matrices, pairwise FST matrices derived from PoolRADseq data, geographic distance matrices, and R scripts for Mantel tests examining relationships among microbiome composition, host population genetic structure, and geography.
