基于北方中心健康医疗大数据经过匿名化治理后的数据集，根据健康风险评估的需求确定医疗数据统计需求，进行医疗数据的汇聚、分析、统计，提供模型训练、管理和验证，服务个人健康管理（包括疾病早筛、慢病管理、健康干预等多个场景）在风险评估、高危因子分析、健康管理、预防策略等方面的优化，促进个性化健康管理方案的开发。
通过数据集的分析识别个体的健康风险、疾病谱发展变化，并针对不同个体的健康状况进行分类和定位。对于不同类型患者的需求、不同疾病患者的疾病发生率、医疗费用支出等因子进行分析，提高健康风险评估的精准度，同时对不同人群的健康危险因素进行个性化管理。探索合理的大数据方法来解决健康管理中结构失衡、方案单一、评估与管理等领域的难点和缺陷，促进个性化健康管理方案的开发。

This dataset is derived from anonymized healthcare big data sourced from the Northern Regional Medical Center, which has undergone standardized anonymization processing. First, medical data statistical requirements are formulated in accordance with the demands of health risk assessment, followed by data aggregation, analysis and statistical processing. The dataset supports model training, management and validation, and optimizes services for personal health management scenarios including disease early screening, chronic disease management, health intervention and other applications in the aspects of risk assessment, high-risk factor analysis, health management and prevention strategies, thereby promoting the development of personalized health management solutions. Through analysis of this dataset, individual health risks and the dynamic evolution of disease spectrum can be identified, and the health status of different individuals can be classified and positioned. By analyzing factors such as the needs of different patient groups, the incidence rates of various diseases among corresponding patients, and medical expenditure, the accuracy of health risk assessment can be enhanced, while personalized management of health risk factors for different population groups can be implemented. Additionally, this dataset enables the exploration of appropriate big data methodologies to address the difficulties and shortcomings in health management, such as structural imbalance, single-fits-all solutions, and the disconnection between assessment and management, thereby further advancing the development of personalized health management solutions.
