PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a mechanism which achieves good operability and high durability and can finely adjust a miter angle of a turn table. SOLUTION: A cutter 1 has a base 2 and a turn table 50. The turn table 50 is rotatably provided on a horizontal plane relative to the base 2. The turn table 50 has: a substantially discoid table body 51 on which a cut material is placed; and a table extension part 53 protruding forward from the table body 51. The cutter 1 has an angle fine adjustment mechanism 80 which adjusts a rotation angle of the turn table 50 relative to the base 2. The angle fine adjustment mechanism 80 has: a rack 86 provided at the base 2; a first pinion 83; and an operation part 81. The first pinion 83 is provided at the table body 51 so as to be located in an area of the table body 51 in a top view and engages with the rack 86 directly or indirectly.
