The aim of the project was to conduct genome-scale DNA methylation profiling at nucleotide resolution of adipose tissue mesenchymal stem cells (AMSCs), bone marrow MSC (bmMSC), adipose derived MSC (adMSC), porcine fetal fibroblast (pFF) and kidney derived fibroblasts (KDNF), that displayed high and low efficiency for somatic cell nuclear transfer (SCNT).Cell lines were isolated from adipose tissue, kidney and fetal fibroblast of adult male pigs (n=20; high efficiency cells=10; low efficiency cells= 10 ). The cell line was maintained according to standard protocol. Genomic DNA was extracted from the cell lines using standard phenol:chloroform extraction
