Significantly differential abundance was determined by ANCOM-BC at q value (adjusted p value) less than 0.05. W is the test statistic for determining differential abundance. Negative values for W depict that the ASV is significantly enriched in termites collected from trees that are a) Ralstonia negative compared to positive, or b) at high versus low altitude, or c) on lime compared to sand or tuff parent material and vice versa for positive W values.
