A total of 118 urban dust samples were collected on the outdoor impervious surfaces of fifty-nine kindergartens using a handheld vacuum cleaner (Fasola, Chian) on January and June 2020. These kindergartens are located in six districts, including Xiang’an, Tong’an, Haicang, Jimei, Siming, and Huli, Xiamen (24o23’ N～24o54’ N and 117o52’ E～118o26’ E), Fujian province of China.Bacterial 16S rRNA genes and fugal ITS2 regions were amplified using the primer set of 515F/907R and 5.8S-F/ITS4-R, respectively. The thermal profiles for target genes were performed as our previous study 35. The PCR amplicons were sequenced on an Illumina Hiseq PE2000 platform in Novogene (Beijing, China) after purified and concentrated.
