Number of health facilities Philippines 2024, by type

As of January 2024, there were over 25,800 Barangay Health Stations in the Philippines and about four thousand birthing homes. In addition, there were 1,351 hospitals, 1,689 drug testing laboratories, and 170 medical facilities for overseas workers and seafarers. Overall, there were more than 40 thousand health facilities in the country.
