资源简介:
Racewalking is a high-endurance sport that imposes sustained hematological and metabolic stress, making it a useful model for studying long-term physiological adaptations to training. This data report presents a longitudinal dataset examining how training tenure (entry-level, intermediate, high-level) influences key blood biomarkers in elite male racewalkers. Six national-class athletes (ages 18–35) were monitored over six months under stable training conditions, with monthly blood samples collected for creatine kinase (CK), testosterone (Testo), ferritin, hemoglobin (HGB), white blood cells (WBC), red blood cells (RBC), and blood urea nitrogen (BUN).
