mouse CRC tumors treated by itraconazole scRNA seq. Mus musculus

CRC cell line HCT116 was cultured and inoculated subcutaneously into 4 nude mice (6 weeks of age, 16~18g) until the subcutaneously tumor grew to about 100 mm3. Subsequently, itraconazole (50mg/kg) dissolved in DMSO solution (5%DMSO +40%PEG300 +10%Tween80 +45%ddH2O) for 2 mice and DMSO solution for another 2 mice were injected into the abdomen for 6 consecutive times, once every other day. The mice were sacrificed three days after the last injection.The tumor samples with and without treated with itraconazole from HCT116 derived CDX mouse model were utilized to single-cell RNA sequencing (2 vs 2).
