The objectives of this study were to identify genetic differences within regions of the arctic fox genome associated with an immune response between fox populations in North America. Specifically, increasing our understanding of if arctic fox have locally adapted to selective pressures across the heterogeneous landscape despite high levels of gene flow within the species.
